The Girl Behind the Blog: Passions

Good morning, friends! I’m linking up Ashley from Written On Her Heart (formerly 5oh Wifey) and Mackenzie from Life of a Pint Sized Mama to talk about passions today…

Be sure to join in the fun too by making your own vlog! Details below.

The Girl Behind The Blog- Your Non-Blogging Passion

What topic could get you talking for hours, if someone asked you to share?

What are your hobbies and passions that you might not talk about often on your blog?

Is there a reason you shy away from sharing this passion on your blog?

5ohwifey

I apologize in advance for the way that my video just ends. Somebody knocked on my door so I had to go answer…luckily I had just finished the last question. Enjoy!

P.S. I recently did a guest over at Always Ashley…go check it out here. :)

teaching is such a good profession. teachers do so much and don't get any recognition. good for you to be pursuing that!

Hello sweet girl! Beautiful as always. I always love to hear your heart about teaching and how you have somehow made it to this place. I want a coffee date with you sometime!

I think you already know how much I love and share your love for teaching--but I just had to say again because it's so true! And I love your term for it, future teacher nerd. It fits me perfectly!

And I had no idea you loved hiking! Hiking with you and talking about our future classrooms sounds like fun to me! :)

Visiting from the GBTB link up and I just have to tell you how refreshing and COMFORTING it is to know that there ARE still teachers out there with as much passion for the job as you have!

Thank you for that - you are truly making a difference!

Hi Samantha, it's great to "meet" you! Can I have some of your passion for working out, because I need some motivation :) I definitely think that coffee dates and encouraging people can be a passion, I shared something similar to that too. Have a great day!

I love that you are so passionate about teaching!! All teachers should be that involved and desire to be the best they can be. You will be such a blessing to your students!

Your passion is truly beautiful! I love that you are so intentional about your passion, not letting it fade, and just filling yourself up with resources.
AND you really just seem lovely. I think you're great!

Lovely "meeting" you, Samantha! You radiate joy and an eagerness to grow. I know that the kids you teach will be in good hands because of your compassion for them!

Wow! Why did I not think to say teaching for the first question? I could talk for hours about it too! And I love kids books and looking at different curriculums, etc. Lol! I am on hold with my teaching degree for lots of reasons, but only have one year left including student teaching when I do go back. So nice to "meet" you through this link up! =)

Coming over from the video link-up. Great video. Before becoming a SAHM I taught elementary education. I can tell you will be a great teacher. I was smiling as you talked about it and thinking how lucky your future students will be to have you.
